Nik Carpenter

After completeing a Diploma in audio engineering in 1994, Producer/Engineer Nik Carpenter spent the next 9 years as freelance Producer/Engineer and a Recording/Touring Artist thru the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, working from many different studios on different projects before opening Core Studios in 2003.

Core Studios officially opened April 2003 with Nik Carpenter, (12 years studio and industry experience), in the Producers chair full time. Already making an impact producing quality recordings grabbing attention nation wide, Core continue to produce top of the line professional quality recordings at the most affordable prices possible. The studio was set up after extensive market research uncovering a huge amount of ‘studios' producing poor quality recordings at ‘ridiculous' prices. In a competitive market Core Studios aims at eliminating average products and producing bands to compete on an international level. 'Providing a financially accessible environment for bands and artists to perfect their product'.
